Return Process

  Securely pack the unopened products in their original boxes to ensure no damage occurs during transit, as we cannot refund leaking or broken liquids.

  Ship to Beauty Zone

  Affix the provided return label or ship via your preferred carrier to our warehouse facility, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking information.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
